All minimums are pre-delivery; delivery is $3 per loaded mile

0-30 Miles: Minimum $500

31-50 Miles: Minimum $800

51-100 Miles: Minimum $1000

101-200 Miles: Minimum $1500

201-400 Miles: Minimum $2500

401-600 Miles: Minimum $5000
