
For over 20 years, Brandon has worked in fisheries and lake management, learning and experimenting with the best practices and what works (and doesn't work) through trial and error. He is passionate about staying on the cutting edge of the industry, and finding new ways to meet clients' goals.

Talia oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring each department works seamlessly to deliver exceptional service and results. She brings a strong blend of strategic planning and hands-on leadership that keeps projects organized and moving efficiently. Known for clear communication and commitment to excellence, Talia supports both the field and admin teams to help the company operate at its highest level.

Seth oversees the health, transportation, and distribution of our fish. From water quality to equipment upkeep and staying up to date with state and federal regulations, as a fishery manager Seth is a jack of all trades. Just about any fish that we stock has been in his hands.

Dillon leads our Trophy Lake Design program, using advanced LiDAR data to create precise 3D models of custom lakes and ponds. His unique skillset blends high-level digital design with hands-on expertise as a machine operator and on-site supervisor. From initial concepts to final grading, Dillon ensures every project is built exactly as designed to deliver truly exceptional trophy fisheries.

With years of experience in fisheries, Dan is an expert in fish health, managing fish populations strategically, and understanding how to set up a pond for success in the long term. He is also our go-to guy when it comes to constructing new ponds, renovating old ones, or building anything from a dock to a drain pipe.

Kaleb's specialty is taking unusable ponds that are overrun with vegetation, and returning them to their former glory. You can also find him in the electrofishing boat, behind the wheel of a fish delivery truck, and is excellent at assisting in both pond stocking and excavation work as well. Kaleb is another member of our team that has been with us since grade school.

Joelly specializes in pond management, specifically water chemistry and pond ecosystems. You can find her on the other side of a pH or oxygen meter, or reading lab reports on water samples and translating them into a meaningful action plan for our clients. Her highest priority is the long-term health of your pond.

Nathan is our Fountain and Aeration Specialist, known for expertly right-sizing systems for each client’s unique pond. His straightforward, honest approach has made him a client favorite, and his attention to detail ensures every installation performs flawlessly. Whether designing a new system or troubleshooting an existing one, Nathan is dedicated to delivering reliable, long-lasting results.

Ronnie ensures that every fish arrives healthy, stress-free, and ready to thrive in its new home. He carefully manages transport conditions from start to finish, monitoring water quality, oxygen levels, and handling practices with precision. Ronnie’s dedication to fish health and his calm, reliable approach make him an essential part of delivering exceptional stocking results for our clients.

Abby keeps our operations running smoothly by providing vital support across scheduling, communication, and day-to-day coordination. She ensures the team stays on track and projects move forward efficiently. Abby’s reliability and attention to detail make her an essential part of the Texas Fishing LLC team and a trusted point of contact for both staff and clients.
